某EGR冷却器温度场分析

摘  要：
废气再循环技术是降低柴油机氮氧排放的重要方法,在柴油机中一般还需要使用EGR冷却器对EGR废气进行冷却来降低混合气温度,因此EGR冷却器的计算分析十分重要。利用STAR-CCM+软件建立了包含EGR冷却器、高温废气和冷却水的模型,得出了不同进口状态下出口废气的温度结果。

摘  要：
EGR( Exhaust gas recirculation) technology is an important way to reduce diesel NOxemission in diesel engine,which usually also need to use EGR cooler to reduce the temperature of the mixture in the diesel engine,so the EGR cooler calculation analysis is very important. The model which contains an EGR cooler,exhaust gas and cooling water is built with the STAR-CCM + software,and the exhaust gas temperature is obtained under different inlet states.
