好气性变质抑制剂对青贮饲料有氧稳定性的影响

摘  要:
在青贮饲料饲喂与贮存过程中,有氧变质、二次发酵会引起青贮饲料品质下降,适口性降低,通过添加好气性变质抑制剂,抑制有害微生物的活动,提高青贮饲料的有氧稳定性至关重要。从目前的研究结果来看,与有机酸、氨等抑制剂相比,布氏乳杆菌应用效果较好且发展前景广泛。

摘  要:
When silage was exposed to air during feed out or storage,Aerobic deterioration and the second fermentation would reduce silage quality and palatability.Adding aerobic deterioration inhibitors can control detrimental bacteria activity and improve aerobic stability.The effect of Lactobacillus buchneri was better than organic acid,ammonia and other inhibitors in the present applying conditions.
