摘  要:
应用气相色谱-质谱联用建立了丁硫克百威及其代谢产物克百威、3-羟基克百威在辣椒中的残留分析方法。采用丙酮提取,液液分配净化的添加回收方法,最低检出质量分数为0.1mg/kg,各组分回收率为79.5%~101.1%,变异系数为4.9%~12.2%。方法具有简便、快捷、准确的特点。

摘  要:
A method for residue analysis of carbosulfan and its metabolites carbofuran, 3-hydroxycarbofuran in capsicum by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed. The pesticide is extracted from the sample with acetone, and the extract was cleaned up by liquid-liquid method. The average recoveries of carbosulfan and its metabolites carbofuran, 3-hydroxycarbofuran were 79.5-101.1% with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 4.9-12.2% in capsicum. This method is simple, quick and exact.
