补喂β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸对伊犁马运动性能和血浆生化指标的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在探究补喂β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸(HMB)对伊犁马运动性能和血浆生化指标的影响。选取20匹年龄为2岁、平均体重为(384.11±25.44) kg且经过良好训练的速度赛用伊犁马,随机分为4组,每组5匹(3?+2♀),运动训练方式和强度一致。对照组不补喂HMB,试验Ⅰ组每匹马补喂7.5 g/d HMB,试验Ⅱ组每匹马补喂15.0 g/d HMB,试验Ⅲ组每匹马补喂22.5 g/d HMB,进行为期31 d的补喂训练试验。在试验第30天进行2 000 m速度赛,并采集血液样品。结果表明:1)补喂HMB可以缩短伊犁马2 000 m速度赛比赛用时。2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组血浆磷酸肌酸激酶活性降低了12.48%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组血浆乳酸脱氢酶活性分别降低了7.38%(P<0.05)、13.51%(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组血浆乳酸含量分别降低了11.91%(P<0.05)、19.57%(P<0.01)。3)补喂HMB对伊犁马血浆糖代谢指标和胆固醇含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此得出,补喂HMB可以缩短伊犁马2 000 m速度赛的比赛用时,降低血浆中磷酸肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性和乳酸含量。HMB可作为营养调控剂,用于缓解运动马运动疲劳或促进运动后的疲劳恢复,每匹马补喂15.0 g/d时效果最佳。

摘  要:
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of supplementary feedingβ-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate(beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate,HMB)on athletic performance and plasma biochemical indices of Yili horses. Twenty Yili horses with the similar body weight[(384.11±25.44)kg]and aged 2 years old,were divided into 4 groups with 5 horses(3 ?+2♀)in each group,the training method and intensity were consistent. HMB was not supplementary fed in the control group,but 7.5,15.0 and 22.5 g/d HMB were supplementary fed for each horse in the test groupsⅠ, ⅡandⅢ. The trial lasted for 31 days. A 2 000 m speed race was performed on the 31 st day of the experiment and blood samples were taken. The results showed as follows:1)supplementary feeding HMB could short the time of the Yili horse 2 000 m speed race. 2)Compared with the control group,the plasma phosphocreatine kinase activity of the test groupⅡwas decreased by12.48%(P<0.05);the plasma lactate dehydrogenase activity of the test groupsⅠandⅡwas decreased by7.38%(P<0.05)and 13.51%(P<0.01),respectively;the plasma lactic acid content of the test groupsⅡandⅢwas decreased by 11.91%(P<0.05)and 19.57%(P<0.01),respectively. 3)Supplementary feeding HMB had no significant difference on the plasma glycometabolism indices and cholesterol contents of Yili horses(P>0.05). Therefore,supplementary feeding HMB can decrease the plasma phosphocreatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase activities and lactic acid content. HMB can be used as a nutrient regulator to alleviate exercise horse fatigue or promote fatigue recovery after exercise.
