摘 要：
In order to develop the most suitable sterilization measures and reproduction conditions of Limpia evening primrose stems with axillary bud were cultured in vitro.Results showed that: explants which were immersed in 0.1% mercuric chloride(HgCl2)for 7 min could obtain low infection and damage rate.And MS+1.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.15 mg·L-1 NAA was the suitable proliferation medium.
