摘 要：
In order to develop the most suitable sterilization measures and reproduction conditions of Oenothera rosea stems with axillary bud were cultured in vitro.Results showed that:explants which were immersed in 0.1% mercuric chloride(HgCl2) for 7 min could obtain low infection and damage rate.And MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L NAA was the suitable proliferation medium.
