多糖铜络合物的制备与小鼠口服急性毒试验研究

摘  要：
为了制备多糖铜络合物并测定其半数致死量(LD_(50)),试验采用水提醇沉法从阿里红中提取总粗多糖,并通过苯酚-硫酸法和红外光谱法对阿里红多糖进行检测;用GB/T5009.13—2003法对多糖和络合物中的铜元素含量进行测定;利用红外光谱法和电镜对多糖和络合物进行扫描观察;给小鼠口服多糖络合物,测定半数致死量。结果表明:多糖含量为32.92%、铜含量为0.558 g/kg,多糖铜络合物中铜含量为51.05 g/kg(相对多糖);阿里红多糖铜络合物半数致死量为602.56 mg/kg,可信限是464.52~781.63 mg/kg。说明阿里红多糖络合物是低毒性药物。

摘  要：
The aim of the current study was to prepare the polysaccharide copper complex and determined its median lethal dose( LD_(50)). Water extraction and alcohol precipitation was used for the crude extraction of polysaccharides in fomes officinalis; the phenol-sulfuric methods and infrared spectroscopy were used for the detection of the fomes officinalis polysaccharides; copper element in polysaccharide and complex was detected by using method of GB/T5009. 13—2003; the observation of the polysaccharides and complex was conducted by using infrared spectroscopy and scannin elsctron microscope; the median lethal dose of fomes officinalis polysaccharides complex was determined by using oral toxicity test in mice. Results indicated that the content of fomes officinalis polysaccharides was 32. 92%; the copper content was 0. 558 g/kg; the copper content of Sclerotium fomitis offecinalis copper complex was 51. 05 g/kg. The median lethal dose of Sclerotium fomitis offecinalis complex was 602. 56 mg/kg,and confidenc limit was 464. 52 ~ 781. 63 mg/kg. In conclusion,Sclerotium fomitis offecinalis complex is a low-toxic medicine.
