Uniform Design for Micropropagation System of Vaccinium uliginosum var. alpinum

Young stems of Vaccinium uliginosum var.alpinum were used as explants and suitable medium compositions for axillary bud growing and rooting were screened through uniform design experiments.The results showed that the suitable media for the germination of axillary bud was DR+ZT3.00 mg·L-1 +IAA0.10 mg·L-1 +GA31.50 mg·L-1,from which the germination rate was as high as 98%;for the growth of axillary bud and rooting,the media was MS(modified) +IAA0.10 mg·L-1+IBA0.30 mg·L-1+GA31.10 mg·L-1,from which the regeneration rate was more than 99%.Micropropagation system of V.uliginosum var.alpinum has been successfully established.
