小白菜花药培养胚诱导和植株再生

摘  要:
以10个小白菜杂交种为试材,采用花药培养方法,研究胚状体发生及其再生植株的诱导方法。结果表明,不同基因型的小孢子胚状体发生频率有明显差异,有10个基因型诱导得到胚状体,最高的出胚率达到18.31%;适宜浓度的活性炭可以促进胚状体的诱导,培养基中添加谷胺酰氨可以提高胚状体的诱导率;1.0%的琼脂浓度为胚状体继代培养最适宜的浓度,MS+1.0%琼脂为小白菜小孢子植株再生最适宜的培养基。不同透性的封口膜对小白菜生根有很大的影响。

摘  要:
Major factors that influence the formation of embryoid and plantlet formation in Chinese cabbage during anther culture were been probed to improve the culture system and create excellent DH populations.The effects of genotypes,activated carbon,L-Glutamine and L-Serine,on embryoid induction were studied in ten F1 hybrids of Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris ssp.pekinensis) by anther culture method.It was found that the rate of embryogenesis was related to the donor plants.Ten varieties were induced to form embryoids and the highest yield was 18.31%,L-Glutamine and activated carbon could remarkably promote the formation of embryoid.MS added with 1.0% agar was the suitable culture medium.
