群体、测验种及群体×测验种互作的遗传效应分析

摘  要:
采用9个热带、温带群体和4个优良自交系进行NCⅡ设计,配制36个杂交组合,在河南安阳中棉所试验基地进行了两年的田间鉴定,了解9个群体和4个自交系的配合力及其杂种优势关系,鉴定其应用价值和利用潜力,研究群体种质及群体×测验种互作的遗传效应及其杂种优势关系。结果表明:群体Suwan1和SGC4的一般配合力(GCA)表现最为突出;自交系HZ111在黄淮海地区有潜在的利用价值;WBMC4×丹340、辽旅群体×掖478、憨头苞谷×掖478、辽旅群体×美22和BSSSC9×HZ111的特殊配合力(SCA)表现突出;群体×测验种的互作对总方差的贡献最大。根据产量特殊配合力划分杂种优势群切实可行,利用地理和种质基础远缘的群体材料与国内系组配,获得强优势组合的机会增加,群体的利用效率明显加大。

摘  要:
The objective of this study is to analyze combining ability and reference heterosis of 9 tropical, subtropical maize populations which were test-crossed with 4 inbred lines as common tester in an NC- Ⅱ mating design. The 36 test-crosses were planted in Anyang city, Henan province in 2004- 2005, to understand the combining ability 9 populations and 4 inbred lines, and their heterosis relations, application value and utilization potential. The results showed that the GCA of populations Suwan 1 and SG C4 was higher. The inbred line HZ111 has a big utilization potential in Hanghuaihai; The SCA of crosses WBM C4×Dan340, Liaolu population×Yie478, Hantou corn×Yie478, Liaolu population×Mei22 and BSSS C9×HZ111 were higher. The contribution of population × tester is the biggest to total variance. It's feasible to divide heterotic populations based on specific combining ability of production. Made the copulation of population materials and domestic lines by using the basis sobrinus of geographical and germplasm, in order to increase opportunities for obtain the strong heterosis combinations, and increase the utilization efficiency of populations.
