六种培养料对荷叶离褶伞胞外酶活性的影响

摘  要:
为探索培养料对荷叶离褶伞胞外酶活性的影响,测定了荷叶离褶伞菌丝在六种培养料中不同生长发育阶段胞外淀粉酶、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、滤纸纤维素酶活性。结果表明:6种培养料对荷叶离褶伞胞外酶活性有较大影响,对酶活性变化趋势影响较小。荷叶离褶伞在不同培养料中各生长发育阶段,其菌丝分泌的胞外酶活性表现一定的差异,但同种酶在不同培养料中活性变化的总趋势基本一致。

摘  要:
To explore effect of cultivation substrates on extracellular enzymes of Lyophyllum decastes,extracellular enzyme activities includes amylase,carboxymethyl cellulose,hemicellulases and filter paper cellulose Of Lyophyllum decastes determined at different developmental stages,during it cultivation on six kinds of substrates. Result indicated that six kinds of substrates have great effect to extracellular enzyme activities,but less to changing trend. The extracellular enzyme activities exhibited different level in different substrates and different developmental stages. But changes trend in the levels of each individual enzyme observed throughout the sampling period were generally very similar irrespective of the composition of the cultivation substrate.
