葛扦插材料下端切口形状对块根生长及产量的影响

摘  要:
葛可扦插繁殖,自然生长情况下,块根的数量多,块根单个重小,商品性较差。利用嫩枝及一年生枝下端圆口与斜口扦插进行对比,探讨繁殖材料下端切口形状对葛根块根数量、形状及产量的影响。结果表明:嫩枝单节斜切扦插单株块根数量平均为1.5个,块根形状较好,呈长球状,单位面积产量最高,达28 350 kg/hm2。

摘  要:
Kudzuvine belongs to the cutting propagation plant with more regenerated roots,under the natural growth condition,there is much more root tuber,and each root tuber' weight is small,and the commercial value was low.This experiment used twigs and annual branches lower incision comparison test,discussed the effect of each treatment on root numbers,shape and yield of Kudzuvine.The result showed that the single chamfer processing quantity on average was 1.5 roots per plant,with better root shape,like a long ball,and its highest yield per unit area was up to 28350 kilogram per hectare.
