任务驱动教学法不仅能提高学生的自学能力、操作能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力,还能激发学生的学习兴趣、提高学生的合作技能。针对动物性食品卫生学中存在的问题,探讨了任务驱动教学法在动物性食品卫生学教学中的应用,旨在为提高教学质量、深化教育教学改革提供参考。

摘  要：
Task-driving teaching method could not only raise the self- study ability, operating ability and the ability of analyzing and solving the problems of students, but it could also blaze the learning interest of students and enhance the cooperation skills of students. According to the existing problems in the teaching of animal-derived food hygiene,the application of task-driving teaching method in the teaching of animal-derived food hygiene was discussed,so as to provide references for improving the teaching quality and deepening educational and teaching reform.
