R3105T农用柴油机含油污泥的处理及参数优化设计

摘  要:
结合国内外含油污泥处理的先进方法,探索了潍柴华丰动力有限公司型号为R3105T农用柴油机中残留含油污泥的资源化回收工艺条件。首先分析了含油污泥的基本特性以及油泥样本成分和基本特征参数;其次,深入探讨并完善了新型的油泥回收处理方法;再次在超声波辐射油泥的实验中采用对比实验法对破乳效果进行了对比研究,以直观测量和实验分析的方式探索了含油污泥在超声波辐射后的破乳效果。结果表明:在温度60℃采用超声波,声强1W/cm2,时间为4~5min的条件下采用超声波处理含油污泥效果最佳。最后用离心法分离了固体和液体,获得其最佳工况条件为3 000r/min,用时12min,并采用耦合膜截留的方式将剩余的含油污水彻底分离,达到了水清、油纯。

摘  要:
Combining with the domestic and foreign advanced methods of oil sludge treatment,explored the recycling process conditions of agricultural diesel engine produced by Shandong Weichai Huafeng Power Co,Ltd.Firstly analyzed the oil sludge's basic characteristic,composition and basic characteristics parameters.Secondly,deeply discussed and perfected the new type of sludge recycling method.In the experiments of ultrasonic wave radiation in sludge,the method of air floating,settlement and centrifugal separation are employed to study the demulsification effect of sludge comparative.The results show that,using ultrasonic treat oil sludge,under the conditions of 60℃,sound intensity for 1 W/cm2,time for 4~5min,we can get the best broken breast effect.Finally use the centrifuge on the separation of solid and liquid,and obtain the best working condition for 3000 r/min,time for 12 min,used the coupling membrane by the way of interception deal with the rest of the oily water and thoroughly callback: clear water and pure oil.
