连续谷物干燥机测控系统的设计

摘  要:
【目的】解决现有的连续谷物干燥机自动化程度低、能耗大、在线测谷物水分困难等问题.【方法】结合玉米干燥的特点,设计了在连续干燥机上采用高低料位质电双参数变速测控的方法;开发了测控新方法的控制系统,融合了LabVIEW软件技术,并进行了干燥测控系统试验.【结果】系统的自动化程度较高,实现了质量参数法和电参数法交替在线测量水分.【结论】在整个玉米干燥过程中,热风温度自动控制在140~160℃,干燥机出口的玉米平均水分为14.7%;平均单位耗热量为5 100kJ/kg H2O,远低于行业标准(8 000kJ/kg H2O).

摘  要:
【Objective】The design was aimed to solve the problems in continuous grain dryer including low automation degree,high energy consumption and poor online-grain-moisture-detection accuracy.【Method】Combined with the characteristics of corn drying,a new variable control method of combining high and low material level and mass-electron two-parameter was designed in continuous drying,the control system was developed integrating the software technology of LabVIEW and the test of the drying control system was carried out.【Result】The system had a high degree of automation,realizing the online alternative moisture measurement between the mass parameter method and the electric parameter method.【Conclusion】In the drying process of the corn,hot air temperature was controlled within the scope of 140~160 ℃,the average corn moisture of dryer outlet was 14.7%,average unit energy consumption was 5 100kJ/kg H2 O,which is far below the industry standard(8 000kJ/kg H2O).
