蛋鸡周龄对褐壳蛋蛋壳品质的影响

摘  要:
为了了解蛋鸡周龄对褐壳蛋鸡蛋壳品质的影响,以同一批次90只新杨褐蛋鸡为对象,从20周龄开始,每4周集蛋一次分析蛋品质。结果表明:随周龄的增加,蛋壳颜色逐渐变浅且变异程度较大;蛋重及其各部分重量逐渐增加;蛋壳重占蛋重的比例下降;蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度显著下降。蛋鸡周龄对蛋壳品质有显著的影响。

摘  要:
The objective of this study was to discover the effect of age of hen on eggshell quality.Xinyang brown hens at the same batch were chosen to rear in the same environment.Eggs were collected from the chosen hens every 4 weeks between 20 and 64 wk of age and compared for eggshell quality.Shell color(SC) was lighter as the hen age increased and SC at the same age was different.Egg weight(EW) and the main components(shell,albumen,and yolk) were all increased as the hen age increased.The percents of shell were decreased.Shell thickness and shell strength were decreased significantly as the hen age increased.The result showed that age of hen has a significant effect on eggshell quality.
