摘 要:
本试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌与锰协同对5~11周龄五龙鹅血清生化指标、抗氧化能力及胫骨发育的作用,以探索在肉鹅饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对锰需要量的影响。试验选用5周龄五龙鹅360只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只(公母各占1/2)。Ⅰ组饲粮锰添加水平为105 mg/kg,未添加枯草芽孢杆菌;Ⅱ~Ⅵ组饲粮枯草芽孢杆菌添加水平均为250 g/t,锰添加水平分别为0、35、70、105、170 mg/kg。试验期7周。结果表明:1)Ⅱ~Ⅵ组血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性及甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)含量均随饲粮锰添加水平的增加呈现先升高后降低趋势,各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),均以Ⅳ组最高。2)Ⅱ~Ⅵ组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均随饲粮锰添加水平的增加呈现先升高后降低趋势,Ⅳ组显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),极显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);Ⅱ~Ⅵ组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量随饲粮锰添加水平的增加呈现先降低后升高趋势,Ⅳ组极显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。3)Ⅱ~Ⅵ组骨密度、骨强度、胫骨重和胫骨灰分含量均随饲粮锰添加水平的增加呈现先升高后降低趋势,Ⅳ组骨密度、骨强度、胫骨重和胫骨钙含量均显著或极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05或P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组胫骨锰含量均显著或极显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可见,饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌能够提高锰生物学效应,进一步提高机体营养同化作用,增强机体抗氧化能力,促进胫骨发育,降低胫骨锰含量;建议在5~11周龄五龙鹅饲粮中添加250 g/t枯草芽孢杆菌条件下,锰适宜添加水平为70 mg/kg。

摘 要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis cooperated with manganese on serum biochemical indices,antioxidant activity and tibia development of Wulong geese aged from 5 to 11 weeks,and to investigate the requirement of manganese when diet supplemented Bacillus subtilis of geese. A total of 360 five-week-old Wulong geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and10 geese per replicate(half male and half female). Geese in groupⅠwere fed a diet supplemented with105 mg/kg manganese and without Bacillus subtilis;whereas the geese in groupsⅡtoⅥwere fed diets all supplemented with 250 g/t Bacillus subtilis,and supplemented with 0,35,70,105 and 170 mg/kg manganese,respectively. The experiment lasted for 7 weeks. The results showed as follows:1)the serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity and the contents of triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(CHOL)in groupsⅡtoⅥwere showed a firstly increased then decreased tendency with dietary manganese supplemental level increased,and no significant differences were found among all groups(P>0.05),the highest values were in the groupⅣ. 2)The serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in groupsⅡtoⅥwere showed a firstly increased then decreased tendency with dietary manganese supplemental level increased,the serum T-AOC and GSH-Px activity in groupⅣwere significantly higher than those in groupⅠ(P<0.05),and significantly higher than those in groupⅡ(P<0.01). The serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content in groupsⅡtoⅥwere showed a firstly decreased then increased tendency with dietary manganese supplemental level increased,the serum MDA content in groupⅣwas significantly lower than that in groupⅡ(P<0.01). 3)The bone mineral density,bone strength,tibia weight and tibia ash content in groupsⅡtoⅥwere showed a firstly increased then decreased tendency with dietary manganese supplemental level increased,the bone mineral density,bone strength,tibia weight and tibia calcium content in groupⅣwere significantly higher than those in groupⅠ(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the tibia manganese content in groupsⅡ, Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤwas significantly lower than that in groupⅠ(P<0.05 or P<0.01). In conclusion,adding Bacillus subtilis into the diet can improve the biological effects of manganese,improve the body's nutritional assimilation,promote antioxidant activity and tibia development,and reduce tibia manganese content. The optimal supplemental level of manganese was 70 mg/kg when dietary supplemented 250 g/t Bacillus subtilis of Wulong geese aged from 5 to 11 weeks.
