饲草型全混合日粮对羔羊育肥效果的影响

摘  要：
依据GI分级指数和组合效应综合指数(MFAEI)理论,研究不同饲草配方的全混合日粮对羔羊育肥效果的影响。本试验根据不同配方采用单因素设计,设置试验组3个,对照组(CK)1个,选择3~4月龄,体重在23±2.05kg的乌珠穆沁羊与小尾寒羊杂交一代羔羊32只,随机平均分为4个组进行单笼饲养,试验组分别饲喂1种配方饲粮,CK组选用传统饲粮,待试验结束后对羔羊进行屠宰试验,并测定各项屠宰指标。结果表明,不同配方的混合饲草饲喂羔羊均可产生明显的出正组合效应,对羔羊的采食量、增重情况、屠宰性能均有显著影响(P<0.05)。TMR1组羔羊的平均日增重、屠宰率、净肉率、日均收入分别提高了43.25%、14.84%、21.85%、3.44元/只。TMR1组为最优组合,建议紫花苜蓿20%∶燕麦20%∶玉米胚芽粕24%∶DDGS 24%∶玉米秸秆6%∶天然干草6%的比例混合饲喂羔羊,育肥效果最佳。

摘  要：
Thirty two lambs(Av.Body weight 23±2.05 kg,around 3-4 mo.),which was first hybridization by small-tail han sheep and Wuzhumuqin sheep,were randomly assigned into four groups of eight animals each.Animals in group CK were fed traditional feed whereas the animals in other three groups(TMR1,TMR2 and TMR3)were fed formula feed.After feed experiment,slaughter trial was conducted and the slaughter indicator were comparable among the different groups.The results showed,there was a significant positive combination effect on fattening lambs feeding by different formulations of mixed forage,which has a significant impact on the feed intake,weight gain and slaughter performance of lambs(P<0.05).The average daily gain,slaughter rate,meat weight and daily income of lambs in TMR1 group were increased 43.25%,14.84%,21.85% and 3.44 yuan per lamb,respectively.In conclusion,Group TMR1 is the optimal combination.It is suggested that 20 percent alfalfa,20 percent oat and corn germ meal,24 percent DDGS,24 percent corn stalk,and 6 percent natural hay are the best proportion of TMR and the best effect on fattening lamb.
