履带式拖拉机可靠性与维修性的分析

摘  要:
对东方红 10 0 2型和东方红 80 2型拖拉机的使用可靠性 (可靠度和平均故障间隔时间 )和维修性 (维修度和平均修复时间 )做了跟踪试验并进行了统计分析。结果表明 ,这两种拖拉机的平均故障间隔时间分别为182 .6 2 h和 16 0 .2 h,它们最薄弱的总成均为发动机。

摘  要:
The experiments and statistical analysis for reliability (reliableness and MTBF), maintainability (maintainness and MTTR) of Donfanghong1002 and Dongfanghong802 were performed in this work. The results showed that the intervals of average troubles of these two tractors were 182 62 h and 160 2 h respectively and the weakest assemblies in both these two tractors were engine part.
