班氏跳小蜂触角及其上感器的扫描电镜观察

摘  要：
班氏跳小蜂是扶桑绵粉蚧的优势寄生蜂,利用扫描电镜对其触角进行超微观察,结果表明:班氏跳小蜂上共发现7种感器,分别为Bhm氏鬃毛(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)、毛形感器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ)、刺形感器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)、板形感器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)、锥形乳状感器、锥形感器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)、舌形片状感器,其中舌形片状感器为新发现的一种感器类型。雌、雄蜂触角上的感器类型及数量存在差异,毛形感器(Ⅴ、Ⅵ)和锥形感器(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)为雌蜂特有,毛形感器Ⅳ、刺形感器(Ⅱ、Ⅲ)、板形感器Ⅱ和舌形片状感器为雄蜂特有。最后对班氏跳小蜂触角感器的功能进行讨论。

摘  要：
Aenasim bambawalei Hayat(Hymenoptera:Encyrtidae) is the preponderant parasitoid of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley.The antennae of A.bambawalei were observed with scanning electron microscopy.Seven types of sensilla were observed,including Bohm bristles(Ⅰ,Ⅱ),trichoid sensilla(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ),chaetica sensilla(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ),placoid sensilla(Ⅰ,Ⅱ),basiconic mastoid sensilla,basiconic sensilla(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ) and ligulate flaky sensilla.Among them,ligulate flaky sensilla was first found.The antennal sensilla were differed in types and quantities between male and female.The trichoid sensilla(Ⅴ,Ⅵ),basiconic sensilla(Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ) were only found on female antenna.The trichoid sensilla Ⅳ,chaetica sensilla(Ⅱ,Ⅲ),placoid sensilla Ⅱ and ligulate flaky sensilla were only found on male antenna.The functions of these sensilla were discussed as well.
