基于傅里叶变换红外光谱的黔产薯蓣属植物鉴别探究

摘  要:
[目的]建立薯蓣属植物傅里叶变换红外光谱鉴别方法。[方法]使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对11种26份黔产薯蓣属植物的地下茎粉末样品进行扫描,获取各个样品傅里叶变换红外光谱并进行聚类分析。[结果]11种黔产薯蓣属植物26个地下茎粉末样品的傅里叶变换红外光谱整体峰形较为相似,在吸收峰强度与位置有差异,在1 020 cm~(-1)、1 078 cm~(-1)、1 156 cm~(-1)附近均具有明显的淀粉特征吸收峰,在1 640 cm~(-1)附近均具有明显的蛋白质吸收峰;11种黔产薯蓣属植物红外光谱聚类为两大类,一类为黑珠芽薯蓣和毛芋头薯蓣;另一大类下,黄山药、毛胶薯蓣、粘山药聚为一类,薯蓣、参薯、日本薯蓣、褐苞薯蓣、黄独和薯莨聚为一类。[结论]傅里叶变换红外光谱在总体上可区分供试的11个薯蓣属物种,但不能区分同一个物种不同地方的样品;表明其可作为黔产薯蓣属物种鉴定的辅助方法。

摘  要:
Objective:To establish a method for identification of Dioscorea by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Methods:Twenty-six rhizome-powder samples from 11 species of Dioscorea were used to scan by fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) and the scanning values based on FTIR from different varieties were further used for cluster analysis.Results:These samples from 11 species of Dioscorea showed the same peak diagram of FTIR,but there were a little difference in strength and position of absorption peak.The Starch absorption peaks were observed in the vicinity of 1 020 cm~(-1),1 078 cm~(-1) and 1 156 cm~(-1) respectively,while protein absorption peaks was observed in the vicinity of 1 640 cm~(-1).The 11 species of Dioscorea from Guizhou were classified into two categories, one category including D. melanophyma and the D. kamoonensis, and the other category including D. panthaica Prain et Burk.,D. subcalva, D. hemsleyi which the three were grouped into one category,while another category contained D. opposite,D. alata,D. japonica,D. persimilis,D. bulbifera and D. cirrhosa.Conclusion:The FTIR could distinguish 11 species of Dioscorea in general,but could not distinguish samples from different places of the same species and the results showed that it could be used as an auxiliary method for species identification of Dioscorea from Guizhou.
