榅桲离体培养繁殖的研究

摘  要:
利用榅桲茎尖进行继代培养,建立了榅桲的离体再生体系。结果表明,适合离体叶片愈伤组织诱导的培养基为1/2MS+KT 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+蔗糖30.0 g/L+琼脂6.5 g/L;适合愈伤组织分化不定芽的培养基为MS+TDZ 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖30.0 g/L+琼脂6.5 g/L;适合叶片再生不定芽的培养基为MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖30.0 g/L+琼脂6.5 g/L;适合榅桲茎段生根的培养基为1/2MS+IAA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖30.0 g/L+琼脂6.5 g/L。

摘  要:
The regeneration system in vitro of quince(Cydonia oblonga Mill.) was established.The results indicated that the optimal medium for calli induction via leaves was 1/2MS+KT 0.5 mg/L+ 2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+sucrose 30.0 g/L+agar 6.5 g/L.The optimal medium for the differentiation of calli was 1/2MS+TDZ 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L + sucrose 30.0 g/L+agar 6.5 g/L.The optimal medium for plant regeneration via leaves was MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+sucrose 30.0 g/L+agar 6.5 g/L.The optimal medium for root induction was 1/2MS+IAA 0.3 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 6.5 g/L.
