青菜头收获机切割装置设计与试验研究

摘  要:
根据重庆丘陵山区青菜头收获农艺要求,设计了一款与微耕机匹配单行作业,具有自动对行、电动切割及倒铺功能的青菜头根茎切割装置。运用UG软件对切割装置进行三维设计建模,对圆盘式切割器进行了台架试验,确定了高速无支撑切割的工作方式及其主要技术参数,并试制了样机进行田间试验。结果表明:切割装置切割成功率达79%,为进一步研发奠定了基础。

摘  要:
According to theagricultural requirements of tumorous stem mustard harvested in Chongqing hilly area,a tumorous stem mustard root cutting equipment has been designed to match with micro tillage machine. It is a single-line operation,automatic aligning,electric cutting and side-delivery equipment. Three dimensional modeling of this cutting equipment was designed by UG software,the bench experiments of disc cutter were done,and so the cutting way( high-speed unsupported) and the main technical parameters were determined. With the prototype equipment,a series of field experiments show that the cutting successful rate is to 79%,which lays a good foundation for further research and development.
