高效液相色谱-荧光法测定植物油和地沟油中阴离子表面活性剂含量

摘  要:
建立植物油和地沟油中阴离子表面活性剂高效液相色谱分离荧光检测的分析方法。油样经正己烷分散,20mL水萃取、离心后,水层过0.45μm滤膜,以甲醇作流动相,流速2.0mL/min,柱温25℃,Waters Atlantis T3色谱柱分离,荧光检测波长λ_(ex/em)=223/280nm。在此优化的实验条件下,阴离子表面活性剂的质量浓度在1.0~100μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=222626X-329085(r=0.9996,n=6),检出限为1mg/kg,回收率在87.56%~93.29%之间,相对标准偏差在1.51%~2.63%之间。该方法简便、准确,可用于植物油中阴离子表面活性剂的测定。发现常见植物油中阴离子表面活性剂均未检出,建议制定植物油中阴离子表面活性剂的限量标准,为地沟油可能掺入植物油检测提供参考依据。

摘  要:
An HPLC method coupled with fluorescence detection was developed for the determination of anionic surfactant in vegetable oil and illegal cooking oil.Oil samples were dispersed with n-hexane and extracted with water,and after centrifugation,the aqueous phase was filtrated through a 0.45 um membrane before injection into the HPLC system.The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Waters Atlantis T3 column using methanol as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 2.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 25℃and the fluorescence detection wavelengths were 223/280 nm(λ_(ex/em)).Under the optimum conditions,an excellent linear relationship between peak area(Y) and anionic surfactant(SDS) concentration (X) in the range of 1-100μg/mL was observed for the established calibration curve:Y = 222626X-329085(r = 0.9996,n = 6).The limit of detection of the HPLC method was 1 mg/kg,and the average recovery rates of SDS in a blank sample were 87.56%-93.29%with RSD of 1.51%—2.63%.This method was simple,accurate and applicable for the determination of anionic surfactant in vegetable oil.No anionic surfactant was detected by this method in selected common vegetable oils.The author suggests that maximum residual limit should be formulated for anionic surfactant in vegetable oil in order to provide references for detecting potential adulteration of illegal cooking oil in vegetable oil.
