血清IL-6和hsCRP水平与新疆哈萨克族原发性高血压的关系

摘  要：
为探讨血清IL-6和hsCRP水平与新疆哈萨克族原发性EH之间的关系。在整群抽样的基础上随机选择135例EH患者和130例健康对照者,比较其血清IL-6和hsCRP水平,IL-6检测采用ELISA法,hsCRP检测采用免疫比浊法。结果显示,EH病组IL-6、hsCRP水平明显高于正常对照组,IL-6:(2.05±0.46)pg/mL与(1.77±0.58)pg/mL,P<0.01;hsCRP:(0.49±0.31)mg/L与(0.23±0.16)mg/L,P<0.01;在EH组按血压水平分组后,随着血压水平的增高,血清IL-6、hsCRP浓度无明显变化。多元回归分析显示,在调整了EH其他影响因素后,IL-6、hsCRP与EH密切相关。因此可知,新疆哈萨克族EH患者体内存在炎症反应;高血糖、高血脂可能参与了体内炎症反应,积极控制血糖和血脂水平可能减轻炎症反应,从而有助于改善血压情况。

摘  要：
To investigate the relationships between the level of interlukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and essential hypertension(EH) in the Kazakh.Sampling 135 EH patients as the case and 130 subjects for matched control from the date we collect before,IL-6 was measured by ELISA and hsCRP was measured by immunoturbidimetry(ITM).The results showed that serum levels of IL-6 and hsCRP were significantly higher in patients with hypertension than in normal controls,IL-6:(2.05±0.46)pg/mL vs.(1.77±0.58)pg/mL,P<0.01;hsCRP:(0.49±0.31)mg/L vs.(0.23±0.16)mg/L,P<0.01;no obuvios change with the lever of blood pressure.After adjusting the risk of hypertension,there was a significant association between serum IL-6 and hsCRP and essential hypertension occurrence.Inflammation reaction exists in hypertensive patients in Kazakh;hyperglycosemia and hyperlipemia may participate in inflammation reaction,so controlling serum glucose and blood-fat may relieve inflammation in hypertensive patients.
