摘  要:
胚泡植入是在各级因子组成的复杂网络系统调节下,胚泡与子宫内膜相互识别、定位、轴附和侵入,从而使胚泡成功地植入。目前的研究表明,许多活性分子参与胚胎植入的调节过程,而对细胞因子和生长因子及其受体的相互作用及整合素受体与其配体相互作用所引起信号转导的研究,将对揭示子宫内膜变化和胚泡植入的分子机理具有重要意义。

摘  要:
Embryo implantation happens during a defined time called "implantation window" when blastocysts reach invasive state and endometrium the receptive state, which results in successful embryo implantation. Under multi-level regulation of steroid hormone, growth factors, cytokines, adhesion molecules and proteinases, the change of endometrium and embryo becomes synchronized to promote successful embryo implantation. The objective of the review is to present the temporal and spatial expression and the interaction of multi-level factors on the base of the latest research.
