车下设备布局对车辆随机振动的影响

摘  要:
利用虚拟激励法和模态叠加法相结合开发的车辆随机振动分析系统,建立了某高速车整车精细动力学模型,动力学方程约为75万个。采用德国轨道谱作为载荷模型,分析了不同设备布置形式对车顶随机振动的影响。因为合理的设备布局可以减少对车体随机振动的影响,逐渐成为车体设计中一项重要的内容。通过仿真得到在不同设备布置情况下车顶关键部位的加速度功率谱密度曲线,提出了比较合理的设备布置方式,为工程实际提出了参考价值。

摘  要:
Random vibration analysis system is developed combining virtual excitation method and modal superposition, and a fine dynamic model of a high-speed vehicle is built, the number of kinetic equations is approximately 750,000. The German track spectrum is taken as the load model, the effect of different equipment layout on the random vibration of the roof is analyzed. Because reasonable equipment layout can reduce the impact on the body random vibration, it has gradually become a very important issue in the design of car body. By simulation analysis, the density curve of acceleration power spectrum of the key parts on the roof is obtained, and more reasonable equipment layout is proposed, which provides reference to the actual project.
