以液滴与茧层的界面张力及接触角变化表征不同真空渗透工艺条件下水分对蚕茧的渗透效果

摘  要:
干茧茧层表面的疏水性物质及网状结构会阻止水分在茧层中的渗透。通过真空渗透并加入表面活性剂和提高渗透温度减小液滴水与茧层接触的界面张力,使茧层向亲水性方向变化,达到改善蚕层渗透效果的目的。在真空度为-0.09 MPa的条件下,分别用去离子水及用去离子水配制的0.01%FCL-41(氟碳表面活性剂)溶液和0.02%JFC(渗透剂)溶液作为渗透液,并分别以20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃和40℃5种渗透温度对蚕茧进行真空渗透处理,通过测试25℃下3种渗透液的表面张力,以及液滴与不同渗透工艺条件处理后茧层表面的接触角和液滴与茧层表面的接触形态,表征水分对茧层的渗透效果。在真空渗透煮茧过程中以0.01%FCL-41溶液作为渗透液,且调节渗透溶液温度为40℃时,对茧层渗透处理后,液滴与茧层表面的接触角最小,即液滴与茧层表面的接触面最大,液滴形状几乎呈半球状,液滴在茧层表面20 s内即可完全扩散。试验结果表明:真空渗透煮茧时加入极少量表面活性剂和适当提高渗透溶液温度的工艺条件,能明显改善茧层的亲水性,提高水分对茧层的渗透效果;可通过测量液滴与茧层表面的接触角的方法,直观地表征不同真空渗透工艺条件下水分对蚕茧的渗透效果。

摘  要:
Hydrophobic substances and reticular structure on the surface of dried cocoons will prevent water from penetrating into cocoon layers. In order to improve the penetration effect to silkworm cocoons,we tried to reduce the interfacial tension between droplet and cocoon layer and to increase the hydrophilicity of cocoon layers by adding surfactants and increasing penetration temperatures in the process of vacuum osmotic cocoon cooking. Under vacuum degree of- 0. 09 MPa,the cocoons were treated with different osmotic solutions including deionized water,0. 01% FCL-41( fluorocarbon surfactant) solution and 0. 02% JFC( penetrant) solution prepared with deionized water at 20,25,30,35 and 40 ℃ respectively. The penetration effect of water to silkworm cocoons was analyzed by determining surface tensions of three osmotic solutions at 25 ℃,and contact angle and contact morphology of droplet with cocoon layers treated under different vacuuming permeation processes. The results showed that, when osmotic solution was 0. 01% FCL-41 and infiltration temperature was 40 ℃ in the process of vacuum osmotic cocoon cooking,the contact angles of droplet with cocoon layer surface was the lowest,the contact area between droplet and cocoon layer was the largest,thedroplet was in almost hemispheric shape,and droplet completely disaggregated within 20 seconds on the surface of cocoon layer. The above results show that adding very little surfactants and increasing penetration temperature properly in the process of vacuum osmotic cocoon cooking could obviously improve the hydrophilicity of cocoon layer and penetration effect of water to cocoon layers. The permeability effect of water to cocoons treated under different vacuuming permeation processes can be directly evaluated through measuring contact angles of droplets with cocoon layer surface.
