β-呋喃果糖苷酶产生菌的筛选及产酶条件初探

摘  要:
β-呋喃果糖苷酶是一种具有转移活力的水解酶 ,该酶能以蔗糖和乳糖为底物 ,合成乳果糖。这是一种功能性低聚糖 ,对人体健康有益。实验研究了不同菌株产β-呋喃果糖苷酶活力的能力 ,确定节杆菌 A为最佳产酶菌株 ,对酶的生成具有诱导作用的碳源是蔗糖 ,培养时间为 4 0 h。

摘  要:
Fructorfuranosidase was a hydrolase with transfer activity.This enzyme can use sucrose and Lactose as raw materials and then synthesize lactosucrose.Lactosucrose is a functional oligosacharide and is health for human body.In this paper,a fungus species was found that can produce β-Fructorfuranosidase,and Arthrobactor sp. was the best one.The best carbon souse-4% sucrose was selected,culturing time was 40 hour.
