鸽新城疫病毒的分离鉴定及灭活油乳化疫苗的研制

摘  要：
通过对上海及周边地区鸽新城疫的流行病学调查、临床症状、病毒分离、病毒回归鸽试验及血清学 试验,证实了鸽新城疫的广泛流行。利用分离的鸽新城疫毒株研制了鸽新城疫灭活油乳化疫苗,疫苗安全、免疫 效果良好,第5周达到抗体高峰7.8 log2,免疫持续期较长,能有效地抵御当前流行株强毒的攻击。

摘  要：
That pigeon Newcastle disease was an epidemic in Shanghai and adjacent area was confirmed by the epidemological investigation,clinical symptoms,virus isolation,Koch's postulates and serological test. The inactivated oil-emulsion Newcastle disease virus vaccine was made by using the strain of the virus isolated. The vaccine is safe and has a good immuno-effect. The titre of antibody is up to 7.8 log2 at 5th week and lasts a longer time against the infection.
