摘  要：
应用SPF鸡胚从送检发病鸽的脑、脾脏组织分离到 6株病毒 ,结合流行病学、临床症状、病理解剖变化、病原分离、鸡胚病变特征、病毒含量测定、分离病毒回归鸽试验、分离病毒电子显微镜形态学观察和HA与HI血清学试验证明近年来新疆鸽群中广泛流行的疫病为鸽新城疫 ,其病原为鸽新城疫病毒。

摘  要：
virus strains were isolated from brain and spleen of pigeons with disease using SPF chicken embryo. It is proved that Pigeon with newcastle disease has been very polular in Xinjiang in recent years through the analysis of epidemiology, clinic symptom,changes of pathologic anatomy and also the trial results of isolation of pathogen,character of pathologic anatomy of chicken embryo, mensuration of virus content, morphological observation of electronic microscope of virus isolated, recursive test of virus isolated and serological test of HA and HI, and it was certainly affirmed that the pathogen was newcastle disease virus of pigeon.
