野山楂根段育苗技术研究

摘  要:
为解决野山楂Crataegus cuneata Sieb.et zucc.种子育苗存在种子处理困难的问题,采用野山楂种根繁殖苗木研究,开展种根平埋、斜埋、直埋对出苗率影响的试验,研究分析不同处理野山楂出苗效果,结果显示:采用3~5cm长的种根平埋的繁殖方式,2a的平均出苗率可达到83.82%,与杨明霞等采用种子暴晒法处理后播种育苗64.67%的出苗率提高了19.15%,3种处理之间2a平均的出苗率,平埋法为83.82%,斜埋为67.91%,直埋只有25.16%,经多重比较分析,这3种不同处理的种根出苗率之间均达到极显著差异。由此可见,采用种根繁殖的方式培育野山楂苗木,不仅解决了处理种子的麻烦问题,而且还可将野山楂树改良栽培时修剪整理剩下的断根重新加以利用;在3种处理中,平埋的方式出苗效果最佳。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of seed treatment difficulty in Crataegus cuneata sieb. et zucc. seed seedling, seed roots of Crataegus cuneata sieb. et zucc. seed propagation seedlings, seed roots of Crataegus cuneata were adopted to carry out experiments on the effect of planting roots of Crataegus cuneata seeds and roots on seedling emergence rate. The results showed that: Based on 3 ~5 cm long root flat buried way of breeding, the average emergence rate can reach 83.82%, 2 a and ming-xia Yang seed exposure method is used to deal with after planting seedling emergence rate increased by 19.15% 64.67%, average germination rate of 2 a between 3 kinds of processing, the method of burying is 83.82%, XieMai is 67.91%, only 25.16%, buried by the multiple comparison analysis, the three kinds of different processing methods achieves very significant difference between germination rate. Thus it can be seen that the cultivation of wild hawthorn seedlings by means of seed and root propagation not only solves the troublesome problem of seed treatment, but also reuses the broken roots left by pruning during improved cultivation of wild hawthorn trees. Among the three treatments, the horizontal burial method had the best seedling emergence effect.
