HPLC-ELSD法测定食品中甜蜜素

摘要：

[目的]采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)建立测定食品中甜蜜素的方法。[方法]以C18柱分离,甲醇-0.01 mol/L乙酸铵(20:80,V/V)为流动相,使用蒸发光散射检测器进行检测。[结果]甜蜜素的线性范围为50～1000 mg/L,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为1.0 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.95%,平均回收率为98.48%。[结论]建立了食品中测定甜蜜素的HPLC-ELSD法。该方法准确度高、稳定性与重现性好且操作简单,为食品中甜蜜素含量的测定提供了一种准确、灵敏、快速的分析方法。

摘要：

[Objective] The study aimed to establish the method for determining sodium cyclamate in food by high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD).[Method] The samples were separated by C18 column with methanol and 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate(20:80,V/V) as mobile phase and determined by evaporative light scattering detector.[Result]The linear ranges of sodium cyclamate were 50-1 000 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 1,the lowest of detection was 1.0 mg/kg,the RSD was 2.95%,the recovery rate was 98.48%.[Conclusion]The HPLC-ELSD method for sodium cyclamate determining on food was established.The method had the advantages of high accuracy,good stablility and reproducibility and simple operation and provided an accurate,rapid,sensitive analysis for determining sodium cyclamate in food.
