Shaanxi is a big agriculture province.During agricultural production,there were not only abundant resources to make full use of,but also many disadvantages which restricted agricultural production,such as meteorological hazards,environmental disaster,crop disease and insect pest.It was important and urgent to study the topic of occurrence and development regulation of agricultural natural disaster in Shaanxi,which would enhance agriculture production development in Shaanxi province and increase farmers' income
