摘  要:
为实现河南省农业灾害(旱灾、水灾、雪盖、秸秆焚烧)的遥感动态监测,利用3S技术集成,借助多源卫星数据,依托地-空三维农业灾害监测网络,创建了河南省农业灾害遥感监测系统平台,实现了农业灾害监测应用,为全省防灾减灾工作提供了可靠的信息技术依托。

摘  要:
To realize the remote sensing dynamic monitoring of agriculture disasters(including drought,flood,snow cover and crop straw burning) in Henan province,the agriculture disaster remote sensing information system was constructed by means of the ground-and space-agriculture disaster network,3S technology and multi-source remote sensing data.The system has beenapplied in Henan province,providing the reliable information for preventing or reducing the disasters.
