摘 要：
目的:探讨营养护理干预肝硬化并发上消化道患者的止血及康复效果研究。方法:选取河北北方学院附属第一医院2017年2月—2018年3月87例肝硬化并发上消化道患者,并随机分为两组,对照组采用常规的护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采用营养护理干预,比较两组患者的干预有效率、出血情况、并发症发生情况及心理状态变化情况。结果:观察组的干预有效率(95. 5%)显著高于对照组(64. 3%),且具有统计差异。观察组中再出血患者和出血次数均少于对照组(P <0. 05)。干预后,观察组的SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:在肝硬化并发上消化道患者中采用营养护理干预具有较好的止血效果,加快患者康复,具有较高的护理价值。

摘 要：
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional nursing intervention on hemostasis and rehabilitation of liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal tract. Method Eighty-seven patients with cirrhosis complicating upper gastrointestinal tract from February 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing interventions. The observation group used nutritional nursing interventions based on routine nursing. The effectiveness of the intervention,bleeding,complications,and changes in psychological status were compared between the two groups. Result The observation group's intervention efficiency (95. 5%) was significantly higher than the control group (64. 3%),and there was a statistical difference. The number of rebleeding patients and bleeding in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P all < 0. 05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nutrient nursing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal tract has good hemostatic effect,accelerates the recovery of patients,and has high nursing value.
