摘 要:
目的:分析营养护理对产妇泌乳的影响,为产妇科学饮食提供理论依据。方法:选取2011年06月—2013年01月我院产妇100例,按随机数字表法将其分成实验组50例,对照组50例,为实验组产妇应用营养护理,对照组由家属提供饮食,比较两组泌乳始动时间及泌乳量。结果:实验组生产后48h、72h、96h泌乳的人数分别为27例、20例、3例,对照组对应为13例、23例、12例,两组差异显著(P<0.05),此外,实验组泌乳充足率明显高于对照组(98.0%VS 76%,P<0.05)。结论:与对照组相比,实验组产妇泌乳效果更佳,产后营养护理具有较高的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广。

【Objective】 Analysis of the influence of nutritional intervention on lactation was studied to provide the theory basis for maternal diet. 【Methods】 From June 2011 to January 2013,100 cases of maternal in Hongqi hospital,were randomly divided into experimental group( 50 cases) with maternal nutrition nursing,and control group( 50 cases) with family diet,the initial time of lactation and milk production in two groups were compared. 【Results】 In experimental group,the number of puperpera with postpartum lactation in48 h,72h,96 h,were 27 cases,20 cases and 3 cases respectively,while in control group were 13 cases and 12 cases with significant difference( P < 0. 05). In addition,lactation adequacy ratio in experimental group was higher than control group( P < 0. 05). 【Conclusion】 Compared with the control group,the experimental group had better effect on lactation. Postpartum nutrition care had a high clinical value,which was worthy for further promotion.
