基于TSP的PLC数控转塔打字最优控制设计

摘  要:
该文针对国内外数控转塔打字机发展现状,特别是大范围运动和高精度定位问题,开发一种工业控制计算机(IPC)结合可编程控制器(PLC)的数控转塔打字机.该打字机以PLC驱动伺服电机进行分度,通过位置与速度双闭环控制实现刀塔的双向回转和任意位置就近换刀.考虑到转塔打字属多点位加工,高效的刀具路径能够减少换刀次数并优化刀具轨迹,从而提高加工效率,该研究采用基于旅行商问题(TSP)的进化算法,对打字过程进行路径优化设计.样机试用结果表明,与目前国内传统型数控打字机相比,充分体现了高精度定位和高效率打字的优势.

摘  要:
The paper in view of the domestic and foreign development situation of CNC turret typewriter,particularly movement with large range and high precision positioning problem,the development of an industrial control computer(IPC) combined with programmable controller(PLC) CNC turret typewriter.The typewriter with PLC servo motor drive for indexing,the position and speed double closed loop control to realize bidirectional rotary knife tower and an arbitrary position near the tool change.Considering the turret typing is a Multiple point processing,efficient tool path can reduce the number of changing knife and the optimization of tool path,thereby improving processing efficiency,the research based on the traveling salesman problem(TSP) evolutionary algorithm,in the typing process route optimization design.Prototype trial results show that,with the current domestic traditional NC typewriter is compared,fully reflects the high precision and high efficiency of typing advantage.
