跨文化视角下外籍教师管理问题研究

摘  要:
合理的教师管理水平利于人才培养与学校学科的发展,外籍教师的管理也不例外。但目前,我国外籍教师聘用与管理中仍存在较多问题。招聘渠道、外籍教师教学过程、考评机制等皆不合理,同时,跨文化视角下,中外教师、师生间具有文化背景、思维想法与语用习惯的差异,外籍教师管理水平始终停滞不前。因此,需要制定合理的聘用政策、准确定位外籍教师角色、合理安排工作内容,从而提高外籍教师管理水平。

摘  要:
A reasonable level of teacher management is conducive to the development of talents and school disciplines.The management of foreign teachers is no exception.However,at present,there are still many problems in the employment and management of foreign teachers in China.Recruitment channels,teaching process for foreign teachers,and assessment mechanisms are all unreasonable.At the same time,the cross-cultural perspective has differences in cultural backgrounds,thinking and pragmatic habits between Chinese and foreign teachers and teachers,and the level of management of foreign teachers has been stagnant.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a reasonable employment policy,accurately locate the role of foreign teachers,and reasonably arrange work content so as to improve the level of management of foreign teachers.
