专业学习共同体视域下教师专业发展的实然之思与应然之策

摘  要:
教师从传统的强调专业个人主义向共同体内的互助合作者转化已成为教师专业发展的应然之选,专业学习共同体是促进教师专业发展的重要途径和现实诉求.然而目前高校教师专业学习共同体的建立却受阻于个人主义思潮泛滥,行政干预方式不恰当,以及评价制度不完善等.可尝试通过唤醒合作愿景,开展协作学习;改变传统领导角色,搭建教师合作文化的平台;完善评价机制等来实现突破,从而为教师专业发展提供更为有利的实践空间,促进深度的教学创新.

摘  要:
The conversion from professional individualism to aid partners in community has become teachers' choice to develop their profession. Professional Learning Community is an important approach to enhance teacher professional development. However, establishment of professional learning community is hindered by widespread individualism, incorrect administrative intervention and imperfect evaluation system. Measures focusing on shared vision, collaborative learning, role change in leadership and reasonable teacher evaluation system can be taken to break through the current dilemma. Consequently in-depth teaching innovation can be turned into reality.
