烟叶烘烤密集烤房不同太阳能集热器集热与节能效果研究

摘  要:
为比较不同太阳能集热器的集热效果,利用照度计和温湿度显示器对5种接装于气流下降式密集烤房上的太阳能集热器性能进行了测定;同时,进行了烟叶烘烤耗煤量对比试验.结果表明,透光覆盖材料的透光率和保温性能、集热介质类型等对集热器的集热效果均具有一定的影响.1.3 mm PC耐力板的透光率(73.01%~73.71%)大于1.5 mm PC耐力板(71.96%),也大于4.0 mm PC中空阳光板(66.41%);黑色碎石的集热效果好于土壤;PC中空阳光板的保温性能明显好于PC耐力板.总的来看,太阳能辅助供热密集烤房均具有明显的节能效果,平均节煤率为15.08%,其中以透光覆盖材料为PC中空阳光板、集热介质材料为黑色碎石的集热器节煤率最高(17.28%).

摘  要:
In order to compare the heat collecting effect of different solar collectors,the thermal performance of 5 solar collectors mounted on downward airflow curing barns were measured by luminometers and electron thermometers,and the coal usages of various barns were compared.The result showed that heat-collecting effect of collectors were affected by the light transmittance and heat preservation capacity of transparent covering materials,as well as the medium of collectors.The light transmittance of 1.3 mm PC stamina board(73.01%~73.71%) was larger than that of 1.5 mm PC stamina board(71.96%) and 4 mm PC hollow board(66.41%);the heat collecting efficiency of black macadam was better than that of dry soil;the heat preservation capacity of PC hollow board was considerably better than that of PC stamina boards.On the whole,the energy-saving effect were marked in all solar energy assisted barns than the ordinary curing barns.The solar energy assisted barns could reduce coal usages by 15.08% in average,up to 17.28% when using PC hollow board as covering material and black macadam as heat collecting medium.
