双列杂交的遗传分析

本文分析了以两个非真而不能验证的先决条件(亲本所具基因的分布彼此独立;非等位基因间无互作)为基础的双列杂交法在育种上的实用价值.并对Griffing四种方案估算的配合力效应进行了比较。此外,本文还建立了配合力协方差模型。

摘  要：
Based on two assumptions——the genes of parents are independent from each other in action and in distribution and there is not interaction among the nonallelic genes, the practical value of diallel crosses was studied and the general and specific combining ability effects resulted from the four methods of diallel nalysis desacribed by Griffing (1956)was compared. The study has proved that general combining ability consists of additive effects of allelic genes and additve epistatic effects of non-allelic genes and specific combining ability consists of dominant effects and non-additive epistatic effects. The non biased estimates of all the genetic parameter can be calculated by using method 1 but only when there were a fairly big number of parents can the similar results to that from method 1 be got by using the other three methods. It has also proved that a fairly big number of combinations are needed for any of the four methods in order to get non-biased estimates. In addition, it establishes the model of combining ability eovariance whch supplies some basic information for indirect selection, genetic correlation and path-coefificient analysis of different characters.
