通过分析马家沟芹菜的生长环境和营养成分,得出马家沟芹菜品质与当地的环境条件密切相关。这对在马家沟芹菜基地周边具有相似生产环境和条件的区域推广马家沟芹菜的种植、推进产业化生产有着重要的意义。

摘  要:
The growth environment and nutrition components of Majiagou celery were analyzed.The results showed that the quality of Majiagou celery was closely related to local environmental condition.It was important to plant Majiagou celery and promote its industrial production in the surrounding area with similar production environment and condition.
