山茶蜂花粉多糖提取工艺的研究

摘  要:
采用正交实验设计,优化提取工艺条件。考察了超声波处理时间、提取温度、提取时间、料液比对多糖提取得率的影响。结果表明,提取温度、超声波处理时间和提取时间对多糖提取得率影响极显著。最终确定山茶蜂花粉多糖的最佳提取条件为:超声波处理30min,提取温度100℃,提取时间2h,料液比1:8。

摘  要:
Ultrasound-assisted technology was used to extract polysaccharide from Camellia bee pollen, and four conditions (ultrasonic pretreatment time, extraction temperature, extraction time, ration of solid-liquid) were optimized by orthogonal experiment design. The results show that extraction temperature, ultrasonic pretreatment time and extraction time were significant differences. So the optimum conditions of extraction were ultrasonic pretreatment 30min, 100℃ extraction temperature, 2h extraction time, ration of solid-liquid 1:8.
