用有限元法测量农业机械工程材料的弹性模量

摘  要:
在农业机械工程的研究中,工程材料的弹性模量起着重要的作用。由于材料加工过程中会引起材料特性的变化,因而机械设计手册中所查标准数值不一定能适应于实际的计算。为此,利用悬臂梁信号采集试验经谱分析计算,输出材料的第一阶固有频率值,然后运用有限元计算的第一阶固有频率值与之相比较,利用弹性模量与固有频率在有限元计算中的关系,在合理匹配固有频率的基础上引入弹性模量计算,在频域上测得材料的固有频率,再运用迭代法计算得出此材料的弹性模量值为160G~170GPa。在改变构件尺寸、其他均不变的情况下,计算所得弹性模量值与之接近,相对误差仅为1.8%。

摘  要:
In the research of agricultural machine engineering, elastic modulus of engineering materials is very important. Because their property is changed during the process of materials, criterion value is not always adapted to all calculations. It is analyzed by cantilever beam signal of gathering, output first steps natural frequency value of material. Then the first steps natural frequency value of using the finite element is compared with it, make use of the relation of elastic modulus and natural frequency in the finite element of calculating, in the base of matching natural frequency, measuring natural frequency in the field of frequency, introducing the calculation of elastic modulus, and computing the elastic modulus of material by iterative means, the result is 160G~170GPa. Changing the dimension of component, the others are steady. These results of elastic modulus are close to it. Its comparative error is less than 1.8%.
