双缸双作用隔膜泵脉动消减技术研究

摘  要:
研究了双缸双作用隔膜泵脉动消减技术;分析了双缸双作用隔膜泵产生脉动的原因、蓄能器对脉动的消减作用、空气室结构参数与流量脉动衰减率的关系;讨论了峰值分散技术对多联隔膜泵流体脉动的消减作用;给出了最优分散相角值的计算公式及软件计算判断方法。

摘  要:
This text research the flux pulsation decreases technique of double cylinder double acting diaphragm pumps. Analyzed the reason of the creation pulsation to double cylinder double acting diaphragm pumps, The accumulator decreases the function to the pulsation, Air pack construction parameter and the relation of the discharge pulsation tapering rate. Discuss peak value dispersion technique to decreases flux pulsation of many sets diaphragm pumps. The methods and the formula of software calculation to optimum dispersion phase angle are give.
