长白山树舌在液体培养中菌丝体生长及多糖得率变化

摘  要:
研究了长白山树舌在浅层静置液体培养过程中菌丝体生长、多糖得率、培养液pH值及培养液中残糖量等相关指标的动态变化。结果表明,在25℃恒温静置培养条件下,树舌菌丝体生物量的鲜重在第35天达到最大值(37.3 g),干重在第2天达到最大值(3.1 g);菌丝体中总糖和还原糖在第28天达到最大值(19.29%和9.68%),发酵液的pH值在整个液体培养过程中呈现升高趋势;培养液的残糖量呈下降趋势,在第42天后,糖含量达到最低值(0.03 mg/mL)。

摘  要:
The dynamic change of Ganoderma lipsiense in changbai mountain under swallow liquid culture were studied in the growth of mycelia、polysaccharide yield、pH value and residue sugar of cultural liquid.The result showed:the biomass of mycelia after 35 days were in the highest in fresh weight,and their dry weight were in the highest after 28days under 25℃ culture;total sugar and reducing sugar were maximum after 28 days,the pH value of fermentation were increased in the whole culture;residue sugar of cultural liquid were decreased,the content of sugar were minimum after 42days.
