艾蒿化学成分及其生物活性研究进展

摘  要:
综述了艾蒿在化学成分、医疗、农业等方面的研究进展,着重阐述了其在杀虫、抑菌等方面的研究现状.艾蒿中主要化学成为为挥发油类、黄酮类、桉叶烷类和三萜类等化合物,活性研究表明,艾蒿中的黄酮类化合物具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抗癌和抑菌等多种生物活性,同时还发现艾蒿提取物对农业害虫具有拒食、驱避和拒产卵的活性,对多种植物病原菌表现出抑制生长活性.探讨了艾蒿作为植物源农药研究开发的可能性,为其在杀虫抑菌活性方面的研究提供了科学依据.

摘  要:
This paper summarized the research advances of Artemisia argyi related to chemical composition,medical treatments and agriculture.And emphatically described on its insecticidal and antifungal activities.The main components of Artemisia argyi included essential oils,flavonoids,eudesmane and triterpenes.Activities research showed that flavonoids have antioxidant,radicals clearing,anticancer and bacteriostatic activities.Also found Artemisia argyi extract have antifeedant,repellant and ovipositing-repelling activities,and have inhibitory activity on various plant pathogens.According to explore the possibility of Artemisia argyi as a biorational pesticide,providing the science basis for its further research on insecticidal and fungicidal activities.
