双通道固相颗粒直线振动筛筛体动态特性分析

摘  要:
采用有限元法,对双通道振动筛进行了动态特性分析.建立了双通道振动筛的实体模型,计算了筛体结构的固有频率、固有振型和结构的动力响应,讨论了筛体的动应力和变形.分析结果表明,筛箱的模态频率远离工作频率,不会发生共振且最大应力小于材料的许用应力,结构设计合理,动态强度满足要求,为该筛的改进设计及后续筛箱动态强度的试验研究提供了必要的依据.

摘  要:
Dynamic characteristic has been analyzed on the framework of double-pass solid particles line vibrating screen by finite element method.Its solid models have been built and the natural frequency and the natural mode and the dynamic response of vibrating screen have been calculated.The results show that Sieve box away from the operating frequency of the modal frequency,Resonance does not occur and maximum stress is less than the allowable stress,Structural design is reasonable,Dynamic strength to meet the requirements of improved design for the Screen and dynamic strength of the follow-up Screen Test Box provides the necessary basis.
