渔船电力推进系统性能测定试验设计

摘  要:
电力推进系统在渔船上的广泛运用,促使相关国家标准和渔船建造规范作了相关安装规定,但缺少实现这些技术要求的统一试验方法。为此,本研究针对电力推进系统的技术要求,设计了试验项目,并依据试验项目设计了试验方法,同时以两艘安装了电力推进系统的拖网渔船为试验对象,进行了验证。结果表明:该试验方法符合渔船验船部门对于渔船推进系统的安全要求。本研究旨在为电力推进渔船的质量规范的建立和相关标准的设立提供参考。

摘  要:
The wide usage of electric propulsion systems in fishing vessels has promoted the national standards and installation rule by fishing vessel construction specifications. However,the experiment method to achieve technical requirements is out of lack of uniformity. In this paper,a testing project for the technical requirements of the electric propulsion system was thus presented,and the test method according to the test project was specified. Two trawlers equipped with the electric propulsion system were verified as the testing object. These results shown that the presented testing project met the safety requirements of the fishing vessel survey department. This paper aims to provide the reference for the establishment of quality specifications for electric propulsion fishing vessels and the formation of relevant standards.
